World Shotokan Karate Federation,
Chief Instructor , would like to say
“Thanks and well done
everyone attending Sensei Kasuya’s seminar”
This is the
sort of week end that we would like to see more
often.
Good training,
welcome reception, friendship and… even good
weather !
We where lucky
to have, as usual, a dynamic worming up with
Alistair Mitchell followed by intensive Kihon with
Kasuya Senseï and his spinning techniques. We
where invited for super on Saturday evening by
Tomiko Senseï. Next day same kind of work.
Study of Sochin Kanku and Heian Kata according to
grading.
I hope we will
be able to repeat this kind of seminar.
I know that I
am ready myself and so are my students.
Thanks again

Congratulations
on a successful seminar. Perhaps we will be able to
run more of them in London with even greater
success.
I
found Sensei very inspiring, when he explained his
own frustration with traditional Shotokan teaching,
I understood immediately and felt that in many ways,
his development of the rotational movements takes
his karate back toward its roots and makes it much
more effective as a martial art. I look forward to
training with him again.

The two day course with our chief Instructor
Sensei Kasuya at Windsor was one of the best
courses I attended in a long Time.
We had visitors from abroad as well as visitors
from different styles of Karate at the course,
and what a course. Everyone was treated equally
as well as made at ease, Sensei
explained everything in detail so everyone
understood. Even Sensei's sense of humour had
us all laughing.
Can I also mention Sensei Alistair Mitchell
chief Instructor for GB for the two hour lesson
on the Friday night before the course. Thank you
Alistair.
And of course it would not have happened without
our Sensei Tomiko .Thank you Sensei.

'I enjoyed Kasuya sensei's course, his reflections
on karate method are very insightful and his
approach to training challenges you to both deepen
and expand your practice, integrating new waza in a
non-superficial way. He also presents with great
humour'
